Volunteer Opportunities
Welcome to the San Diego Latino Film Festival!
Don't miss this great opportunity to meet filmmakers and at the same time gain an outstanding experience in the visual arts field through cross-cultural communication, public and media relations, event organization, educational outreach and community participation.
Volunteers Are Needed As:
- Office staff
Tasks Include: Clerical, festival organization, programs, public-media relations.
- Venue and theater staff
Tasks Include: Coordinates film/video presentations, staging, guest appearances.
- Transportation staff
Tasks Include: Shuttles filmmakers and guests between airport, hotels & venues.
- Educational outreach
Tasks Include: Provides class intro. or follow-up activities of festival themes.
- Reception hosts
Tasks Include: Set-up sites, buffets & welcome guests.
- Volunteers will receive free theater and reception admission for two
- University credit may also be available for those who meet the requirements
