Enrique Molina spent his childhood in a humble home with his grandparents and 10 cousins. His artistic career began in 1963, when he joined an amateur group from the Sindicato Gastronomico. In 1964 he became a member of Conjunto Dramatico de Oriente a fundamental step in his development as a professional actor. In 1968 he started doing television in Tele-Rebelde until 1970 when he returned to La Habana. Since then he has performed in fifteen plays, thirteen feature films as well as multiple television and radio programs in Cuba. Molina is without a doubt, one of best Latin American dramatic actors. He is best known to San Diego Latino Film Festival audiences through his work in films such as Un Paraiso Bajo Las Estrellas and last year's successful Hacerse el Sueco.
