HOW TO ENTER

Rules of Entry

* Submit 10 slides or 10 jpeg (300dpi) on CD
* Entry Fee - $10 payable to Media Arts Center San Diego
* A signed and completed application form MUST accompany your slides.
* Submit 500 word Artist Statement
* All work submitted for consideration must be available for exhibition
* Indicate front, top, title, and order of slides.
* Entries must be original work completed within the last three years
* Two-dimensional work must be dry, framed and otherwise ready to hang.
* No accepted entry may be withdrawn before the close of the exhibition.

Elegibility

Open to all artists in California and Baja California.

How to Enter

Ten works of art per artist, to be submitted by 35mm slides or 300dpi jpeg format. Limited to one slide/jpeg per two-dimensional work. Please indicate front and top of slides, and label with title of work. Slides of work not accepted will be returned to the artist if accompanied by a stamped, self-addressed envelope. Slides of accepted works will be kept as a permanent record of the exhibition. Mail entry, a completed entry form, and a non-refundable $10 entry fee to:

Deadline

Entries must be received no later than 5:00 PM, Saturday, January 15, 2004. Please include a stamped, self-addressed envelope for return of slides.

Entry Fee

$10 Entry Fee. Check should be made out to Media Arts Center San Diego.

Delivery and Shipping

Participants are responsible for delivering or shipping artwork to the MACSD (921 25th Street, San Diego, CA 92102, (619)230-1938) and for pick up after the show. Shipping is at the risk of the sender, and the MACSD is not responsible for damage to artwork during transit. Art must arrive at the MACSD February 18 and 19 between 10 AM and 6 PM. Works must be picked up after exhibition on March 25 and 26 10 AM to 6 PM. The MACSD will not be responsible for return shipping arrangements.
